Lovely surroundings but inconvenient in bad weather, the centrally located trash dumps are far from the apartment, and the detached garage can be a pain in a blizzard when you are carrying groceries, etc. All apartments have steps, even so called "ground floor" suites. Recent change from coin laundry to prepaid cards also can be a pain in the neck if you have to go to the office and put more money on the card before you can wash your clothes -- if the weather is bad. Maintenance is good. People are nice.
