I like the style of a townhome much better than regular apartments. They are like your own house...I wish I could buy it. They staff here is great and always listen and help. The price is average to what the other communities in this area are charging. There are a lot of inconsiderate dog owners here that don't pick-up after their pet. Also, to many tenants use their garage for storage instead of parking in it, so parking is sometime full. Having an attached garage is great! Overall, a great place to live.
