THE RENT GETS RAISED ALOT EVERY YEAR.IF YOUR 1 DAY LATE WITH YOUR RENT.ITS A $75 LATE FEE PLUS $5 A DAY.THE GRASS IS FILLED WITH DOG CRAP.AT THIS PRICE YOU SHOULD GET A HOUSE
