knee high in dog doo

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
The lawn and sidewalks are littered with dog doo. The staff have been notified of the offending tenants, but they don't seem to mind. The staff is more concerned with receiving the rent money on time. The condition of this place has really gone down. This place is dirty,and the staff is nonresponsive.
