We moved in until our home was being completed. We pay over $900.00 a month and it isn't worth it. Our children have been sick since we moved in due to cigarette smoke running through the vents, we've complained. The doors and appliances are in terrible condition, there are holes in the walls and we're having problems with our furnace. All this on a six month lease. I pay more in water here than I did in my home. We thought the bills were going to be cheaper, but somehow we feel as if we're being robbed. I wish I would have chosen another place, but time was of the essence. Do your homework or else you will be living in an early 80's theme. Not the posh community it claims to be.
