Could have been a better place to live! It's the worst place I've ever lived in Westlake. The rent is too high and they only give you 2 days in which to pay for your rent. Other places give you 7 days. If you're late a $50.00 charge is slapped on you and then thereafter $5.00 a day. The rent and water bills are too high, appliances are too old, worst of all there is alot of dog poop all over the place and smells like ----! To top it off, the train goes through at all odd hours of the night blarring its damn horn. It's a pity the staff are very nice especially Kathy! I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

This person sounds like they are just mad because of paying late rent. PAY YOUR RENT ON TIME LOOSER! Also you saw the condition/age and location (train) of the apartment and new the prices and utilities that you were going to be paying before you chose this home. You sound like an idiot that didn't pay attention.
