The office staff has always been friendly and responsive when I have had any questions or concerns. Maintenance has always completed my requests when something has been broken. I have had no problems and love my home, thus why I am going on my third year here! Before you listen to some of the reviews, you need to go in and check things out for yourself. Like I said, I have had no problems and think the Townhomes are a great price for the Westlake area.
