The place is overly eager to get you in before they are ready. It's run by a little old lady and her son does the paperwork. She is more than eager to help you to have a nice stay but she does require a little tolerence. My family's place had some flaws but they fixed it happily. It is immaculently clean and you will get fussed at for tracking mud on the carpet. The old lady is like a nosey neighbor that knows shes being a nosey neighbor so she tries not to be but is anyway. It makes me feel safe but then I have nothing to hide. Nice apartment set up and appliances were all new. It could be a little less expensive but then so could all of the apartments in Westlake.
