I absolutely love my apartment. I hat having to move, I just cannot afford t live in Westlake anymore.
The GOOD: The setup is great! I love the spaciousness of my apartment (1250 sqft).
The maintenance is always very quick to respond to any problems. EX: I had a dinner party and my garbage disposal stopped working. It was around 11:30 pm and I call ed the Matt (the maintanence guy) he was there within 20 minutes to fix it. The grounds and apartment are always in perfect condition. When I first came here, I recieved all brand new appliances, carpeting, paint, the works. I have lived here for over a year and am extremely pleased.
The BAD: The rent is a bit high. ($875 for a 2 bedroom 2 bath) but it is in Westlake. They are a bit slow sometimes on clearing the snow or salting the parking lot in the winter.
