After 12 month leases in 2 other places down the street (Sturbridge and Barrington) and I have finally found the place I'll stay in. My 1,200 square foot 2 Bed/2 full Bath compares to my previous 1,050-ish square foot 2 bedroom and only 1.5 baths, yet incredibly, the Westfield is $70-$100 cheaper. (All 3 gave a free month with the lease - make sure you ask about it).

Even better, no extra fees for the garage with opener (compared to paying for open-air car ports elsewhere) or extra storage fees. The third thing I like is the Westfield is one of the only places with NO DOGS running everywhere (no stepping on a golden retriever's number 2 on the sidewalk - haha).

People complaining about Berta, the sweet Germany lady who owns the building and keeps the place spotless, are unbelievable. From day 1 she acted like my grandmother. I'm an attorney and on the road alot, and she offered to collect my newspapers for me. Hands down best value and biggest places in Westlake, half mile from crocker park, what more do you want'''
