Everyone was great from the first day I visited Westfield Apartments. I ate pizza with the owner, maintenance person, and owners brother while watching an Ohio State football game and filling out the application. The owner even allowed me to move in 3 days before my lease started and did not charge me (try to get that anywhere else). The Owners mother was great since day one (sorry for the confusion towards the end of my lease). She was always pleasant when I called. I had to go out of town for a few weeks and she took a few UPS packages that I called about to my apartment. Thank you. The apartment complex is connected so you do not have to go outside to workout in the clubhouse. The gym also comes with a sauna. Great perk. The gym is good for an apartment complex. Other places try to buy equipment that is 20 years old and try to call it a gym. All the equipment here is up to date. The Apartment is huge compared to those other so-called apartment complexes in the area. It almost makes me angry to see Remingtons (up the street) small one bedroom floor plan. I looked at the bedroom size and laughed to myself. A sleeping bag could barely fit in there. Westfield gives you around 780 square ft of open floor plan to work with. Good luck trying to find that at Sturbridge, Barrington, or Remington apartment complex. Oh yeah, and take out a loan for an apartment that is the size of studio apartment in New York at Crocker. This place is truly the best value. In addition, the rent only went up from the special price at the leases end. It did not go back up to market rate plus 10 or 15 bucks like the other places in Westlake. There is no charge for a garage with a remote at Westfield. Great deal! 15 bucks for a carport (you have to be kidding me Sturbridge). Westfield had great construction as well. My heat stayed at 71 degrees all winter and I was able to walk around the apartment with t-shirts and shorts on. I would have renewed my lease but the compute for work (downtown) and the compute to school after work (Baldwin-Wallace College) was a little to much at this time. I definitely would rent here again, and I would definitely recommend this place. Thanks Hal and Hals mom, and get well Matt. Thank you!
P.S. Go with the AT&T cable here. It's the best deal and technology. Their customer service(u-verse) is crap but you can't beat the price and the advanced technology. Best of all...THERE WAS NO PRICE INCREASE AND NO CONTRACT!!!!!
