Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
When moving out of this place I did my walk-through with management, maintenance, myself, and my boyfriend. I have a signed paper that management and myself signed that everything was in good condition and that they would send me my full deposit in the mail within 30 days. I recieved the check in the mail on the 30th day with $75 taken out of my deposit for additional cleaning. It says no where in my lease that I would pay any additional cleaning fees when vacating. This place is a dirty place anyway. I am so glad I don't live here anymore.
