Apartment was a little small for its price ($675 for 2/1, garden apartment), but it served its purpose for myself and my roommate. Second bedroom is awfully small though (good thing I won the coin toss with my roommate), but living room is nice. Balcony needed work, but eventually it was done. A few problems with a stubborn toilet. Walls keep noise out fairly well, but the parking lot can get a little noisy when motorcyclists gather.

Parking was adequate...never had to park further that 120 feet from the door, although occasionally finding a spot could be rough.



Leasing staff was generally friendly, answered questions well. Maintenance generally good, and responsive if sufficiently nagged (better if a problem is phrased in terms of urgency. Security generally very good (I never had any problems).



Summer was a bit agonizing...one wall unit IS NOT going to cool down a two bedroom apartment to any measurable extent, but heat was comfortable in winter. Summer AC was probably my biggest complaint about the place.



Property seemed well-kept, and never did I have any glaring safety concerns. Maintenance did a good job of keeping snow out of the way during a fairly rough winter. Fitness room was a few sets of small dumbbells and a treadmill, but I was able to work out elsewhere, thankfully...pool was passable. No experience with any social activities.



Very good location, very close to I-90 and I-271, shopping malls and plazas nearby. Probably its best selling point.



Overall decent value, not spectacular, but good quality for the price in the garden apartments...
