Not good enough for the high price

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
I lived in Pine Ridge for 2 years. It was not so good but okey. But this time, they increased the monthly rent by $100 so its not worthy for the price. Rooms are not sound proof. I can hear my neighbor watching movies or even talking. As mentioned in other comments, there are lots of old arrogant people who don't like young people. Person living below came shouting when I was vaccuming the apartment. It was not my fault but the apartments are not sound proof.
So, I say, its not the best for the price you are paying...
