Leasing Staff is Incompetent

We recently moved into the new townhomes at the Village at Pine Ridge. While the apartments themselves are nice, the office staff is completely incompetent and has made the entire experience frustrating to say the least.
We first visited the community 6 months prior to our move in date to ensure that we secured the type of apartment and location that we were interested in. Despite putting down our deposit at the time, we were shuffled around and ended up in a building that is in the middle of construction.
When we moved in, we weren't given any information and had to ask specific questions in order to learn anything. This is hard as often you don't even know what you don't know.
Throughout the past 6 months, we have called numerous times to ensure that everything was all set with out apartment and each time were given a different story.
We have spoken to every one of the leasing staff and none of them seem to know what is going on.
Unfortunately the townhouses themselves are the nicest ones in the area so we were decided to move in despite the frustration caused by the office staff.
We wouldn't recommend this place to anyone else unless the management company decides to hire an office staff that knows what they're doing. aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb
