Beware the water bill!!!

Adding to my previous comments... the water bill fiasco still isn't resolved. I know families with 5 kids and twice the water usage that aren't paying $60/month for freakin' water!!!!!!!!

The rent is way too high for what you get - but it is still the best in the area - which is very sad.
