Just when you think you are settled into a nice apartment - here comes 2255 Par Line - with "Chuck" the schmuck maintenance man - he looks and acts like a slob so let's just promote him to foreman and since he just does a tremendous job in repair let's promote him again to maintenance manager of the entire property - pleeeezeeee give me a break - that is why I moved, he is such as ASS. Not only does he get free rent, he can call a tenant ----- because I took some of his dryers but if that what Pine Ridge wants to keep then good luck.
