Its been an yr that i am living in 2260 building and i didn't liked the overall maintenance and verything. The leasing staff Manager JOE is the worst manager and i didn't liked the tricks that they are playing with residents.

This building looks like a SENIOR CENTER.

They got 100's of apartments in each building and buidling entrance needs to be opened with a key and as everyone is using the key, someone breaks the lock for every key and suddenly your key stops working, which worked that morning. You have to wait for someone to come from inside the buidling to get in or go to Maintenance and get a new key or complain about reparing the lock. THIS WHOLE STORY HAPPENS EVERY WEEK. I complained to leasing Manager about this couple of times to him but he doesn't care. The solution can using FOB just like smartcard to open the building which would be a very good idea to do.RESRVE SQUARE apartments in CLEVELAND DOWNTOWN using this system and i really liked for large volume of apartments.
