I lived here for 13 months recently because it was close to Progressive. I was impressed with their staff because I asked them to stay late for me on the Saturday I was moving in (I was driving from far away), and they agreed. I ended up taking a wrong turn and called them and asked them to stay an extra 10 minutes and thankfully they did! This was very convenient

The majority of the time I lived there I was pretty happy. There was new carpet and the apartment was obviously cleaned before I moved in. An inconvenience was that the heater was broken and I didn't realize it until it was winter. I also had problems with my refrigerator freezing everything in my fridge, and some other problems. Although this wasn't pleasant, the maintenance was great and always came within 24 hours. In 2007, however, they switched their maintenance system and when I tried to call again they wouldn't help me and said that major issues would only be fixed if I had a health note. I thought it was much better when they had supers in charge of each building and a personal maintenance line. Also, my electric bill was frequently in the $100s because all of my air escaped outside through the sliding door.

Overall, I think this apartment was too expensive for what it was. I know that Cleveland is expensive and that this is a nice location for some professionals, but it was an average apartment with a huge price tag. I think prices went up by a lot after I left. However, you could do a lot worse. The office staff was always friendly with me, and most importantly, they gave me my whole deposit back with no questions asked. I spent a lot of time cleaning the apt, but there was definitely wear and tear, so looking back, I would definitely recommend Pine Ridge if you can afford it. uWDgQKY3Vkv8FKIsB8Ax
