As I write this review I pray that my privacy is protected. I love the space, floor plan and view from my apartment, but I grow ever discouraged and disappointed by the management of this property. My current apartment is a 2-2-0 on an upper floor with a great view. With each renewal I have tried to move to a higher floor, but have been told that there is nothing is available. The maintence of the property continues to deteriate at an ever increasing rate. I have been assured that they, Goldberg Companies, Inc., do not rent to section 8, but when I see what is going on in this complex I have my doubts as to the validity of that statement. I know with certainty that some two bedroom apartments in my building have more than 8 people living in them. Does this make you think "getto'" What is wrong with this picture' Since when has a $1K/mo rent payment given you the "priviledge" to live among persons whose citizenship and/or means of support you question' Will I continue to stay here' I'm not sure. I want to feel more secure and respected by management, but I doubt if that will happen. So I make no promises to any one or to GCI management as to how long I will maintain my residency here.
