I lived here from April 2005 to the end of May 2006, and then I moved out do to me expecting a baby and not being able to afford the rent here any more. When I lived here then I loved it. No complaints at things were wonderful. I lived in F building and most of my neighbors were older. So my floor was nice and quiet. I moved back here the beginning of this year(2008) and am not happy. Things have defiantly changed. First off we carried most of our stuff upstairs because the elevators were not working. There were problems with our apartment that didn't get fixed until I called a lot of times to get them fixed. The snow storm in March, you would think that they would be plowing to keep the driveways cleared. They were only here 3 or 4 times the whole day and didn't even come on Sunday. I called maintenance on Sunday and asked for a shovel so that I could get back into a parking spot and was told that I would have to figure a way how to get my car parked. This is also not to mention the garbage that is left in compactor rooms. No matter how many times you call nothing ever happens. I even called their corporate headquarters about this problem. And just now, 4 months later didn't something get said about this. Not that that is stopping people from leaving their trash in the compactor rooms. If things don't change I don't know if we will be renewing our lease when it comes time. Oh and before I used to never hear my neighbors at all. Now I can hear the neighbors on one side of me going at it. And my neighbors above me are constantly doing something on their floor.

PLease READ RESPONSE as of jan 2009 The elevators still dont work and usually of the 3, 2 are ALWAYS broken. Pineridge now that most tennants lease are up in feb is makeing it look like their painting the building and finally cleaning it. Don't believe what you see, this staff is a joke, I lived here 2 years. Trash is left in the hall ways and even in the lobby downstairs in front of the door near the elevators in plain view. I am also in Building F as the poster is, the maitnance staff are young punk kids who are rude if you call and ask for somthinng. Over PRICED for the money you can get more elsewhere. A plus is building F is full of older people and generally its very quiet.
