I read the reveiws and am some what surprised at the low rating given to this complexe. I have lived here two years now and dont have many complaints, I'll do the bad ones first, my first concern would be the parking lots, in the winter they are very dangerous only during heavy snows because though they do shovel they do not use salt and the parking lots are like ice skating rinks, there was actually an accident at the guard shack this winter because it was so icy you couldnt stop to leave the complex so 3 or 4 cars plowed into each other heading out one morning, and the second is the issues of the elevators always being down but I hear that is soon to be resolved this spring due a total replacement of the elevators. The rent is extremly high and now you have to pay the gas bill. I havent gotten one yet so I dont know how that will work out we'll see, but over all I love my apartment its clean, comfortable and very roomy, it was newly renavated and very well I might add i'm in building G and its a quiet building over all, people have gatherings sometimes but rarely so its not something I cant live with, I like the area stores, restrurant, shopping, movie theaters you name it we have it and its right by the freeway so travel is very convient for me, the community is safe and clean and the staff is curtious so I have been quit comfortable here I have yet to regret coming home but my home is within the dwellings of these walls not in the lobby, the hall ways or parking lot which in my opinion is not so poorly kept that I would be ashame to show or to come home to, the complex put a lot of time and work into the up keep from what I see out side and with the rising economy and the high rent and the new responsibility of the gas bill I am sadden to think that I may soon have to relocate because though its extremly nice in my opinion it is fastly becoming unaffordable for me and my family, so I rate it a 4.0 out side of my dwellings and a 5.0 inside of this Home Sweet Home of mine. Never had a problem with matinence they have alway responed within 24 hrs and did a great job unfortunately there is no perfect place as there is no perfect person so this place has way....... more good than bad

I don't see how you can attach a picture of a mouse in the hallway and then say that the building is kept clean and well maintained. I'm sorry, but any time rodents or insects are involved that does not show me a clean and well kept place.
