I lived in Pine Ridge for 2 years. Horrible, stinking apartments, no maintenance, very rude, unethical management and esp. the property manager. Ready to rip off the residents to the last penny. I would really NOT recommend these aparments to anyone.
They charged me $47 for my parking the month that I was moving out. While I was still waiting for my car to be picked up, my frind informed me that my parking space had been allocated to someone else!! How can they charge 2 people for the same parking space'' Isn't this illegal' When I called them, they gave me another spot which leaks. Horrible, horrible experience.
