Turn around and run. Don't bother yourself with this place!

We had major damage from the poorly maintained roof. We had water damage prior to winter happen in our unit in 2 locations and then at the end of winter major damage to one of our bedrooms. We were told only one other unit had damage only to find out they lied and nearly all in our wing had damage including the unit below us from water that seeped through the crack on the floor.

They refused to move us out of our unit to another or put us up for repairs. They promised help to move all the damaged beds and furniture and never sent anyone. They never gave us a storage area to put the moldering materials. They left the 55 gallon barrels that were used to collect the water dripping from the ceiling in the room for over a week until they began to smell. They entered our apartment without 24 hour notice prior to doing work which they promised they would have scheduled, therefore breaking their own contract with us. My kids had to sleep on the couchs for a month while we waited for them to finish the work. The repair work they did was shoddy and unprofessional. They will paint over things to make it look pretty. We pay for a penthouse suite and nothing about this place says class.

This place sucks. We bought a house instead and are moving out the minute the sale goes through and the tennants in our wing may band together and file a class action lawsuit as Pine Ridge dragged their feet to repair as well as bought nearly everyone off for $1K for their damage. (Our loss was closer to $2K)

Elevators are constantly breaking down. Promised repairs to elevators in April, not even started and this is now May 1. Poor snow removal. Everyone in my family slipped and fell on the ice several times this winter. Lighting in the buildings is dull and makes you feel like you're in a horror movie. Odd smells. Expensive laundry. Closet doors break constantly. "secure" Entry doors to building always broken or jammed shut. Parking lot pitted with potholes and never repaired. Insect infestations untreated. Gated community concept is a joke anyone can get in at any time. Drunken parties by residents can be heard through the walls. Need I go on'

very true...the place is a mess,management is rude & unhelpful,indoor pool is often closed,it never looks clean.the employees do not treat tenants w/any respect.
