Do not be deceived by a good sales pitch.My toilets constantly over flow & nothing is ever done about it.The indoor pool is always cloudy & there is something wrong w/the filter so if it is open & after 5 when they stop showing the place you have to swim w/a long hose & portable filter plugged in close to the water.continental breakfast feels like your going to a soupn kitchen where your carefully watched & they cant wait until you get out.your child can not eat breakfast w/you because if your not 16 you are not allowed in.The move theater is way to hot since they wont turn on the air & if your the first 3 people there you can enjoy popcorn because thats all they make.the halls also do not have air,are not clean,poor lighting...we moved in when the freight elevator was broke...to bad for us we could noy fit our couch in and no one cares.8 weeks later its still not fixed.Laundry is very costly,machines are small & do not clean your cloths.teens are not welcomed any where.people do not clean up after their pets its even been in the elevator all day.The women in the office ,after several complaints will simply state Im not dealing w/you (if they can talk to you like this theres to much job security...no one care about customer satisfaction)the pictures look good,the sales pitch is great,the move in deals are amazing but after you sign you done & management is done w/you.BUYER BEWARE!!!
