What a Nightmare - Please, if you value your quality of life, your automobile, your safety, do NOT move there. Pine Ridge Lived there for 2 years, it was so-so. Hallways smelled. Am now in condo and ready for house. I would highly recommend my condo as the cost is only slightly more per month than you pay for your rent and with interest rates so low now is a great time to buy, here's a link

Lived there 13 years too long - neighbors noisy, horn blowing constantly, wouldn't recommend G building to my worst enemy - maintenance is lousy (don't know how to fix anything), underground garage has ample places because the garage continuously leaks and will take the paint
