I totally agree with the previous review except while its a great place to live and they do plow the parking lots they don't salt them. Sometimes they are a little slippery. Other then that I would recommend liveing here.

I agree with you regarding the apartments. They are nice but the kitchens and bathrooms need to be updated. I think not salting the parking lots is a serious issue. If you fall down and heaven forbid, break your leg, arm, even hit your head on the pavement because it is an ice rink because there is no salt then it becomes a big deal because it could have been prevented. There are many apartments that salt their parking lots. TAMARAC DOES NOT SALT THEIR PARKING LOT IN THE WINTER.
