I am not sure why that last review on Tamarac, I do know you can't please everyone, thats for sure, all I can say is the dealings I have had from the initial meeting to moving in was quite a pleasant experience. The leasing agent I dealt with was very freindly, seemed to be concerned with what I needed in a suite, and they all help me now in a freindly manner.
I have been here going on 3 years and although they are not perfect and from time to time I need to do a reminder call on things, they do get it done and they do a good job at that. I have referred others to Tamarac and they too have had a nice experience.

I lived at Tamarac for 1 year, 2008-2009. The staff is very helpful and very cordial. The on site maintenance guys are great and get things done in a timely fashion. BEWARE!!!!!!! They will knit-pick your security deposit refund. I had a cleaning crew come in and clean up my apartment, and I filled all the nail holes in the walls. They told me that was all I needed to do because they automatically paint each unit before renting back out. They charged me $50.00 for dirty window blinds. They are the cheap blinds that you can pick up at Wal-Mart for $15.00. Then, they charged me $95.00 for carpet cleaning due to a dog. I could live with it if they didn't already charge an additional $50.00 per month to have the dog, however, I feel its normal wear and tear and thats why you already pay an escalated rent.

I agree, they charge us a dog fee of $400 and than charge you for dog stains??? Where did the $150$250 go? Wow what a system the managers have. I dont have any luck when I call 3 times for the same repair. The whole complex needs help, not just a new sign, spend it on us and give us something to use like a fitness center or party room. I am leaving amyway when my lease is up. good luck to all who live here.
