It?s really pretty nice considering the amount of the rent. I looked at places in the area that charged way more and you get way less. It?s currently under new management and they are fixing up the place like crazy. They have a zero drug tolerance, which is very good if you have children. I have not experienced any of the problems that the other reviewers have. My neighbors don't fight in the hallway or urinate in the stairwells. The elevators have never broken down on me and if they're busy I just wait or take the stairs. It?s convenient to shopping and the busline and everything is within walking distance. There?s a park right next door to it and the lake views are very nice. I?ve been here since April ?03 and have very few complaints. Every tenant I have met has been very polite and so far, so has the new staff. It does get very windy and the storms come in fast so get a garage space for winter.
