Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
I understand that the property may have got a bad name, but things have really changed since October of 2003. The property is currently owned by The K&D Group and they are undergoing a multi million dollar renovation project. The halls are getting new carpet and the suites are being completed renovated. There is no tolerence policy for drugs or any other nonsense. Things have changed dramically and will continue to do so. Visit check it out for yourself you will be surprised. A great place to live....
