Management team is harrassing. Maintenance is incompetent. Owners are making VERY cheap renovations to justify high rents. They expect you to pay your own heating costs now. Don't let them tell you that your heating bill won't be bad because that is a lie. Half the units have no storm windows, your blinds rattle at night with the windows CLOSED and your thermostat has to be at 85 in order for your whole suite to be warm. You've got people who urinate and throw up in the elevators. And don't even think of renting a garage space if you value your car. The roof leaks - and its not just water. Its water with limestone deposits which will eat the finish off your paint. Their response' We're not liable; park at your own risk. BE SMART DO THE RIGHT THING RENT SOMEWHERE ELSE>
