Management team is harrassing. Maintenance is incompetent. They expect you to pay your own heating costs now. Don't let them tell you that your heating bill won't be bad because that is a lie. your windows will rattle at night with the high winds from the lake, the windows CLOSED and your thermostat has to be at 85 in order for your whole suite to be warm. You've got people who urinate and throwing up in the elevators. When people are moving in Maintence always decides to take over the elevator all they can and let no one else in the elevator with them so you need to wait a half hour just to go back to you apartment if you have to run out for something. It's really a waste of time and money. I wish I would of known this before I moved in or I wouldn't be here.

I would have to totally disagree with this response. I moved in here in June 2005 and love it. Now, I will say that the management team is unprofessional. For example, sliding your gas bill under your door unsealed for everyone to see is very unprofessional. Where is the confidentiality? Other than that, I have no complaints. Maintenance has been very competent and their response is fast. They clean everyday and the hallways always smell fresh! I have never known anyone to urinate or vomit in the elevators! And if it has happened, I am pretty sure that if maintenance knew, they would take care of it immediately. I hate when tenants complain but do nothing about it. Did you call maintenance to report it? Probably not! The pool is beautiful in the summer and the lake view is gorgeous. Naturally it's going to be very windy in the winter, it's the lake for Christ sakes! I love it here. The ammenities are awesome and the lake view is worth what I pay. The other person's comment is totally false. They must be a complainer. |
