If you like your water shut off 2 days in a row, without any advance notice that it's gonna be shut off AND if you like waiting 15 minutes to ride in one operational elevator per building that reeks of urine and vomit, then this is the place for you! Yes, it's loads of fun showering to get ready for your second-shift job, when all of a suddden - BOOM! You don't have any water and you can't even finish shampooing your hair!

Don't even bother calling the office to ask what's going on because you will further aggravate yourself having to talk to one of the snippy, smart-assed unprofessional women they have working in the office. This is supposed to be your home for the duration of your lease, but you won't feel at home here unless you're used to being abused because the office personnel here treats you like garbage.

Have a security issue, such as a domestic disturbance, loud stereo or drunk vomiting in your hall after 3 AM' Better call Willowick PD because security here leaves at 3 AM. The management here does realize that alot of stuff happens here after b"bar closing time" - and are therefore, very inconsiderate of those of us who don't drink.

Be prepared to return to your kindergarten days where you have to ask permission to do things. Specifically, be prepared to ask the very nice office personnel for the key to the storage rooms each and every time you need to get in your locker. Hey, I mean after all, you're a grown adult who is responsible enough to have a lease but here, yoiu're somehow not looked upon as being responsible enough to have a key to access your own locker.

If you are willing to pay big bucks every month for a nightmare of a living experience, then you have chosen the right complex! If you are a normal person with high standards, then I would recommend that you look somewhere else. The place has gone from bad to WORST since K&D took over - don't let anyone tell you differently!
