I am overall satisfied with the unit I'm in, however, alot of other issues need to be addressed, i.e. parking, snow plowing/salting. The parking situation is deplorable and unacceptable. With all of the other renovations that took place, I would think the parking situation could be resolved. When the parking lot was resurfaced last summer, management asked that all tenants move their cars to the lakeside area parking or to the other bldg. It worked out well. Why can't they do that for snow plowing and salting' Also, the business center needs to be more tenant-friendly. The hrs. change so much and without notice. With my work schedule, I sometimes can't pick-up my pkgs. until a week later. The monthly rent is a little high for a 1 b/r.
