2 Elevators, one was frequently broken.
Pigeons everywhere, be prepared to clean your balcony frequently. I moved in and found the balcony COMPLETELY covered with a layer of pigeon droppings as well as baby pigeons, dark spots all over the carpeting and paint chips all over the floor. Yet, they made sure that they charged me a "re-decorating fee". These issues were brought to the attention of Georgeanne in the leasing office, who promptly made note of them and then ignored them. The hallways smelled moldy, and there was frequent urination in the elevators and stairwells. Beware of the clause in the lease requiring several months notice before moving out, they expect an extra month?s rent if you don?t give them several month?s notice that you are vacating. They got me with that and have hired an attorney to come after me, too bad they are not nearly as efficient with maintaining the property as they are with debt collection. I paid my rent on time, caused no trouble, and gave more than a month's notice that I was leaving and left the place cleaner than I found it, yet I am getting screwed by them, no wonder the place is falling apart. This place is neither luxurious nor affordable, it is a dump, I advise you to look elsewhere.
