I have called the police many times on rowdy young adults who like to drag race in the parking lot, also, these same kids like to light fireworks in between cars and call up to the apartments to let them in. I have had five or six calls at three in the morning by hoodlums to let them in because the forgot their key. One night, there was a fight that broke out in the parking lot and proceeding to move in doors to my floor, Im on the fourth, and the kids fought right out side my door. Then, one of the kids knocked on my door to see if the other kids came in. In one day, the fire department was there twice in one day, and (at least my neighbors) like to make as much noise as the possibly can late at night. Right before St. Patty's Day of 2002, I was at home getting ready to go to work, and I heard a loud noise in my bathroom. It turns out that fecal matter was coming up in my bathroom sink. When I called the office, she told me just to clean it up, and not to worry about it. When my husband called from work that day, I told him what happened, he called to tell the lady in the office to get someone up there right away to fix the situation. He came in, with out a uniform on, tapped on the trap under the sink, and said it is fine and left. The security guard sleeps on his shift, and even plays with the troublemakers. obviuosly this person doesnt know anything about plumbing... it wasnt "fecal" matter its just a backup in the plumbing and its basically crud. i love how people are soooooo dramatic. ridiculous!@!
