There is a known pedaphile that sits in the lobby as children leave for and arrive from school. Management does nothing about it. There are section 8 rejects bringing their crime, drugs, and violence. Management does nothing. If you have a family and cherish their lives, stay away from Shoregate Towers. It is nothing short of the Northpointe of Lake County.

Shoregate Towers strives to provide a welcoming and comfortable residential environment for all of our residents, and management and staff strictly abide by the requirements of the Fair Housing Act administered by HUD. Every prospective tenant undergoes an extensive criminal background and credit check prior to application approval, and management regularly searched the County websites for registered sex offenders and criminal activity in the area to alert staff and residents alike. There are no registered sex offenders living at Shoregate, and management monitors the lobby and other common areas throughout the day for possible lease violations. A few of our residents receiving Housing Choice Voucher assistance have been living here for a number of years and have been model residents, Under our management, we have not & continue not to accept any Housing Choice Vouchers at Shoregate Towers. We value our Residents and welcome their comments and suggestions for the betterment of their Shoregate Towers experience.
