Not worth the $$ The manager, Jodi, is in her early 20's and is ALWAYS on myspace when I go in with a problem. It's very unprofessional. Additionally, water leaks in through the windows when it rains. The people above me smoke so my apartment often smells like smoke even though

Overall I would not recommend it, at the time I moved out it seemed to be going somewhat downhill in quality of tenants I would only recommend it for someone who is young and doesn?t mind hearing every noise coming from below or next door. The construction is such that you are going to hear noise
