My boyfriend and I moved in January of 2009. We absoultely love it here. Our neighbors are quiet and peaceful, as well as friendly. We have great maintenance and they will respond to any issues within a matter of a few hours!! The leasing agents are extremely helpful and by far are the best people we have ever come in contact with. I will admit that the lease clearly states no dogs and we do see more than 1 dog walking out of apartment buildings on a regular basis. We've also smelled weed when entering our apartment building on a few occasions. I think it is important that you keep in mind that no apartment is going to be perfect. We did have a mix up when moving in, no one showed up to give us our key, but Trevor, one of the agents, ran to our help and quickly solved all problems. The washer and dryers do eat quarters but all in all this apartment is great. It's a great location, well kept up and maintained, you always see staff members working on the grounds, whether adding mulch, planting flowers, fixing the vollyball pit or talking to residents. The place is beautiful and the apartments are modern. Our 2 bedroom had new carpet, 1 yr old new cabinets and counter tops, freshly painted walls and truly gave a sense of home. We love our apartment!!!! It's worth every penny and more!!
