Advantages:
-nice apartments
-kind staff
-moderately safe neighborhood (in comparison to the bad parts of youngstown where crime is out of control)
-security patrol at night
-many businesses in the area
-rent a good price
-some friendly neighbors
Disadvantages:
-studio apartment way too small with no scenery
-Cutting down trees outside of our 1 bed apartment-first the city cut down a bunch of trees underneath the power lines, followed by the apartment workers cutting down more trees, which they let lay there for weeks without cleaning up. Overall, this made the scenery horrible.
-some crazy and weird neighbors
