We got a little gift bag when we moved in, cute. Shortly after we found monster mold growing in the shower but they fixed it the same day and it hasnt been back in 4 months. The shower/tub leaks but nothing a towel on the bathroom floor cant fix. Windows, siding all just remodeled. Windows are still very drafty though. You pay electric here (heat) and for a 2bedroom ground floor its well over $200/month. Managers are either annoying or bitchy. But they get stuff done.
