Mr. Biles started on the wrong foot with me. When I first went into his office he had porno on his computer and he did not try to hide it. He is very crooked. Maintennce was very poor and the apartments were not cleaned or painted. I would love to find who the people are that let this man manage there apartments. And as I have read other reviews he keeps your deposit no matter what. It was cleaner when I left than when I moved in. He has ripped people off so long he is good at it. I pray one day he will run into the right person that will expose him for what he truly is a crook.
