| 08/23/2012 | The appeal of this place for me was the cost: $500 per month rent for single BR, 650 Sq Ft, which includes gas & electric. Not bad, on the face of it. Unfortunately, you know the old proverb: "You get what you paid for." During my first night at the apt. (Aug. 2012), I killed no less than 20 roaches, babies & adults, all over the place. In the closets, storage areas, kitchen, bathroom, family room, bedroom...you name it. Ironically, they had an exterminating service working the property as I moved in.
