Wow, you're a rarity! Are you sure you don't work for McSha? All I've seen and heard about them is the total opposite--flooding with no repair, bad appliances, shoddy fixes (if you're so lucky as to get any maintenance people out in the first place), rude and hateful staff, promises made but never kept. And on and on.
