bethany square is horrable. they claim to have security, but the little punk they have doing it never patrols and only shows up long after the police have arrived and calmed everything down. maintanace is a little better now with the new owners, but the grounds are getting worse looking by the day. they lowered the rent costs for new residents(folks who already lived here are now paying twice what there now charging)and by lowering the rents all it has done is attract trashy people. garbage is all over the grounds and maintanace doesnt care.they removed most of the trees and the pool in the back of the complex, it would seem they want to make this look like the projects and they are acomplishing that. every couple of weeks the boiler breaks and we go for about a week sometimes two weeks without hot water, but this isnt reflected on our ot water bill.

So true! We are very happy we got out of there when we did, it was appalling.

all your comments here are true im moving out soon from this horrible apartment i think from what i see here most people that lives here and either bum or just waiting for help from the goverment and used it to buy drugs!!!
