Dear Resident, Could not help but notice your disappointment and anger in your posting. I noticed that your post was dated the 1st full day that Paramount Took over the poperty. This,I feel hardly gave us an opportunity for a fair opinion. This concerns our staff greatly as in the fact that the overall residents happiness with our staff and service is intrinic to our position. It would be a great help to us to better serve you if you would please, visit with our staff with the issues you have been experiencing with the previous management and the property. Hopefully you will give us a chance to prove ourselves to you and the other residents of the property. An open minded approach on both parties would be quite benefical. Check out Paramount's other Properties. Vintage Lakes and up until November 06 Springbrook. Horrible, Horrible. They are being sued by a lot of people. At Vintage Lakes, Renters are often without hot/cold water for weeks. Don't belive, me check out News Channel 4 in you corner reports.
