The Staff Her at Bryan Hills Apartments are not worth anything. But a good story to tell. When ever u call and tell the something is worng with something it takes them for ever like 2 month and couting for them come and look and fix. But there the frist person to blame the resdients for someting that is wrong. They are Rude, The dont always tell the truth. Lets put it like this my 2 and 4 year old kids tell more true story. Then the staff her. They make some people obey the rules but not outhers. And when the Air counditor when out her in my apt they said they would come that day. And never did and when I called the next day. They said they would be there that day but when my husband called they had tould him that they had already came and fix but Never did. So finaly when we were at the office they next day and was very unhappy the finaly came and fix it. But im still wating for outher thangs in my home to be fix. I would not recomond This Apt to Anyone. Not even my worst enmy.

It sounds like Bryan Hill should take NOTICE to this. If all residents formed a committe of there own in reference and advise them to document all request for repairs needed. They need to make sure that they date it and either personally hand it to this so called manager that makes promises she know she is not going to keep. I would also contact the METROPOLITAN FAIR HOUSING COUNCIL AND GET THEM IN ON ALL OF THIS. YOU CAN GO DOWN TO 1500 NE 4TH SUITE 204 OKC OK OR CALL THEM AT 405-232-3247. THEY CAN GIVE YOU A FORM TO FILLOUT CALLED A * IMPLIED WARRANTY OF HABITABILTY. YOU CAN EVEN TERMINATE YOUR LEASE CONTRACT AND MOVE OUT BECAUSE OF BRYAN HILLS BREACH OF IMPLIED WARRANTY OF HABITABILITY. IN LAYMANS TERMS ****BRYAN HILL ID IN BREACH OF THE LEASE AGREEMENT THAT THEY HAD YOU SIGN WHEN YOU MOVED IN. ***NOW GET GOING AND TALKING TO ALL TENANTS YOU SEE AT THE POOL, PARKING LOT, WALKING THERE DOG AND YOUR NEIGHBORS LET THEM KNOW THAT NO MATTER HOW MUCH THE SO CALLED MANAGER TELLS YOU ABOUT REPAIRING THE ISSUE THE METROPOLITAN FAIR HOUSING AUTHORITY WILL ADVISE SHE HAS 14 DAYS TO FIX ALL OF YOUR REPAIRS. IF SHE TYS TO TELL YOU THAT IS NOT TRUE MAKE SURE YOU MAKE NOTE OF THE DAY AND TIME AND IF THERE WERE ANY OTHERS AROUND . IT IS SAD TO SAY THAT SHE IS YOUR MANAGER BUT REMEMBER SHE IS *ONLY AND EMPLOYEE THAT WILL DO ANYTHING TO MAKE THE PROPERTY MANAGER AND THE OWNERS THINK SHE IS DOING HER JOB. SHE IS SUPPOSED TO WORK FOR THE TENANTS AND DO ALL THAT THEY ASK IN REFERNCE TO YOUR APARTMENT. I AM IN THE LEGAL FIELD AND HAVE HAD SEEN MANY SITUATIONS SO AS THIS BUT NOT BY ANY MEANS THE CONDITIONS YOU TENANTS ARE HAVING TO LIVE IN. MYSELF AND MY COLLEGUES HAVE BEEN IN QUITE A FEW OF THOSE THAT THE REPAIR HAS NEVER BEEN DONE. lAST BUT NOT LEAST REMEMBER THE FOLLOWING; 1. METROPOLITAN FAIR HOUSING CALL THEM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE 405-232-3247 AND GET THE PAPERWORK STARTED. 2. TELL EVERYONE YOU COME IN CONTACT WITH OF WHAT YOU HAVE READ. REFER THEM TO THIS SITE SO THEY CAN HAVE IT DOCUMENTED WHAT IS WRONG WITH THERE APARTMENT.

Funny how there are so many people complaining, there are problems at these apartments, that should be the concern, don't worry about the spelling and grammer of others. Beating around the bush isn't going to get any of the situations resolved.

It is unfortunate that the only comments on this website seem to be those people that are made to enforce the property rules. I have lived at this community for 20 years as have many of my neighbors, and I have had a very positive experience at Bryan Hill and with the current manager. The spelling and grammer in the above statements should be indicative of the mentality and education level of the alleged authors.
