about this site before I moved here. Been here 2 years now--outlasted 2 or 3 management/maintenance teams--and have had problems since day one, which I have reported. The more serious issues are dealt with in a somewhat timely manner. The rest are not. To be fair, I do not not entirely fault the staff here. They inherited a mess. These apartments are old and poorly constructed with the cheapest of materials to begin with, and poorly maintained since (not an uncommon situation for any apartment complex). Things are going to go wrong--and do--often! Yes, Trish, we've had this conversation before. Nothing personal--but this is the worst apartment I have ever lived in and I've lived in several over the years. I was prompted to write this because this morning (Sunday) I woke up to no air conditioning (fan quit blowing). For several days we've had triple digit heat which is forecast to continue. Both swimming pools are closed, as is often the case (why'). If it was financially and otherwise feasible for me to move out of here I would do so in a heartbeat (lease agreement be d***ed). I wish I could "cc" this to the actual property owners. Again, nothing personal, but these apartments suck!

I have lived in these apartments for three years, since I have moved in the apartment, I have sewer problems more than once. Mold and mildew. The staff came in to unplug the sewer, and made a mess on the walls, and carpets. I have put my complainants in writing and nothing gets done. If i was on welfare, the problems would get fixed in a heart beat. Because they don't want to lose the money that comes in. I do not recomend anyone to live in those apartments. From: Anonymous

Well, my my friend dont hold your breath the manager is a bold face lier.I have seen her talk to a residents to there face smileling then as soon as they walked out say something stupld about them. Sad excusse for pond scum

You know, I have written in here before.... I pay 580.00 a month in rent. 25 dollars extra to live downstairs and 25 dollars of pet rent in addition to my 250.00 deposit I gave for my pets. I have not really had any bad problems in a while, but I will have to say that my rent seems to be quite a bit higher (up to 100 dollars) than the other tenants I've spoken with who have the same apartment. Whoever said that I was too stupid to know that the rent went up, is invited to come and look at a copy of my lease any time. I pay an extra 50.00 dollars a month for pets and living downstairs. I am anything but stupid, thank you very much. These are nice apartments, but I feel like I could get a better deal for the money... I will have to give them this though: They DO get rid of the riff-raff, and I *do* feel very safe here. A TENANT
