Ok Tara you wanted a review from a resident. Well ive lived here for more than 2 years and there have been problems from day one. The complex is old and needs to be completley guted and remodled. They have lots of pluming problems that yes have caused mold in several apts ive been told. The central heat and air units are really old and all keep braking down and parts are hard to come by. To be honest its not the fault of the maintence. They cant keep up and theres no money to do the kind of work that is needed to be done. Trish dos have her problems but its not all her fault. The pools arnt that well maintained and yes residents do let there kids run around wild causing problems. The laundry rooms are in ok condition and are resonbily priced. The prices here are cheaper than alot others out there but for what you gota put up with its not worth it. On a positive note this is a great area to live in. So you decide to your self what you think.
