When I first moved into Rockwell Arms, I was very happy. Management was friendly, maintenance was ok (at least there was someone on staff!), and I didn't have any problems. Then last winter, the complex was sold, and the new owners are TERRIBLE!! Nothing is fixed, they have jacked the rent up, they turn the hot water OFF at night, and the owner has actually called the police on other residents just for "having the nerve" to come in the office and complain. I would not move in here again.
